My major challenge right now is to find a good east-west route that allows for significant distance without running into super-heavy traffic. Nice paved shoulders are highly desirable, as is the absence of unchained dogs. I ran out of both today east of FM521. I guess until the overpass on McHard/FM2234 is completed (with access road), I will not be visiting Pearland.
